Nice property for a really good price. Such understanding hosts. Easy to travel into central paris
7.0The place is very modern, nice large rooms, 2 bathrooms plus a toilet which was great. Beds were comfortable and really big. Manual on how to use everything which was lovely
− No aircon at all, the property was very humid. The only 1 window could open, and cleaners were there even after we checked in. Doors slightly broken upon check in. Was not aware that there would be a market outside the doorstep...would have liked to be aware.
Ruim appartement in een levendige wijk
9.0het appartement op de begane grond is in een straat waar 6 ochtenden in de week een hele levendige groenten- en fruitmarkt is. Verder is het appartement met 70m2 lekker ruim voor 6 personen en het is fijn dat er naast twee badkamers ook twee toiletten zijn. Openbaar vervoer naar de stad is prima, je loopt in 4 minuten naar de bus en 7 minuten naar de metro.

8.0Muy prolijo y estaban bien los espacios comunes y los espacios en las habitaciones bastante cómodos.
− Sólo había una pequeña ventana batiente arriba de la puerta que no era suficiente ventilación para el tamaño del departamento. Ninguna habitación ni baño con ventana, lo que hacía que se concentrara la humedad de los baños en todo el ambiente.

Great location, weird layout. Rather gor 6 than 8…
8.0I was not there but my nephew and niece liked the place and loved the location. They appreciated the number of bathrooms.
− They said to me: great location, weird layout. Apparently rooms without windows. And what I saw on pictures: sofa beds without any kind of privacy… I think that 8 people there is a little exaggerated. 2 couples and two singles might be ok, not more.

− The bathroom was moldy, ghere are no windows and if you open the door you stand directly in the fruit and vegetable market. They start quite early in the morning with the market and during the nighh there are taxis in front.
