Convenient and comfortable budget hotel
7.0Very conveniently located right by Bangwa MRT and BTS. Comfortable bed, air con, wifi, smart TV and a decent sized room complete with ensuite. I was also provided with lots of water bottles, coffee sachets, toothbrushes, and shower caps, as well as shampoo and body wash. Good value for money.
− It was quite loud being so close to the road and MRT/BTS (however, this was clearly mentioned during booking, so I knew to expect it). I slept very well with some earbuds. An issue I had was that the toilet flush handle was broken when I arrived and I messaged the phone number provided by the hotel to let them know but they never came back to me - I had to lift off the lid and manually pull the chain inside the toilet throughout my stay. Also I thought my room would be cleaned every 3 days during my stay as advertised, however I was there for 2 weeks and didn't have my room cleaned once. Despite these minor issues, I would definitely recommend this as a decent budget hotel for a short-term stay in a convenient location for travel throughout the city.
