8.0Чудове розташування приміщення. Готовність власника йти назустріч
− Саме помешкання нам дуже сподобалося. Зауваження стосується не господаря, а системи внесення депозиту. Перед бронюванням варто уважно ознайомитися з цією умовою, адже депозит оформлюється через сервіс Swikly. Якщо ви користуєтеся картками українських банків, можуть виникнути технічні труднощі, через які внести депозит буде неможливо. Хочу окремо подякувати господарю за розуміння та готовність піти нам назустріч, скасувавши вимогу щодо внесення депозиту. Однак для цього знадобилося чимало листування та часу, щоб пояснити ситуацію й знайти взаєморозуміння. На мою думку, сама система депозиту при повністю безконтактному заселенні та виселенні потребує більшої прозорості. Було б добре, якби передача і приймання помешкання супроводжувалися чеклістом або фотофіксацією стану житла. Це захищало б інтереси як гостей, так і власників.

8.0Great location. Nice and quiet neighborhood. One of the few places in Paris with a heated bathroom. Very much enjoyable in winter ! (I don’t understand why you mention Place des Vosges ?)

A yard noisy apartment

− A ground floor , yard noisy appartment. Claustrophobic tight hallway leading to a bedroom with no window, with a single small window for the entire apartment in kitchen , Parissiene owners not very responsive giving impression I dont care .
