10.0Le check-in est très rapide et efficace, l’appartement est très propre, moderne, les équipements sont au top, il ne manque rien du tout, c’est très grand, on s’y sent très bien et très confortable. Il est également très bien placé proche de ligne de métro. Je recommande à 100 %.

8.0Had all the amenities I needed - kettle, washing machine, stove, mini-fridge, shower, couch, tv The apartment is located in a courtyard, surrounded by other buildings which made it feel safe Cute decor The decorative books about Paris are a nice touch They let me check in early Comfortable and quiet Nice quiet neighbourhood. There is a nice park across the street. 4 mins walk to Pernety metro station
− I was there during a heatwave. There was a small portable air conditioner that works by placing an ice pack in it - it wasn't very effective in 35°C, but at least they tried to have some sort of solution. I left it on the fan setting overnight since the airconditioner setting made the air humid. A bad musty smell started a few days after I moved in, not sure if it was temporary because of the humidity or if it's an ongoing issue. There were some ants. Hopefully they take care of this. Would've liked to have a basic bedsheet to cover up with since the duvet was too hot for the heatwave. The high chairs are cute but they are too low for the table.

10.0Very close to the metro station, it's in a very quiet area, with quality local boulangeries (bakeries). The apartment is fully equipped and has plenty of natural light. I would stay again in the future.
