A small 3* hotel for 14 ppl with a nice view
9.0There is a nice view from the living room and one of the bedrooms. It’s clean and design is not bad We had a nice time over there
− There is no spirit of luxury or cozy apartment, but ordinary 3-4* hotel. This big , previously bourgeois apartment was reconstructed for hosting business and divided to many tiny “hotel” rooms. Only one bedroom with the bath has a good size. The dining room is a part of corridor and has no windows. We were 1 family of 6 persons and needed only 3 bedrooms of 7 . I think we could find a better 3-bedroom apartment for the same prise, with larger rooms, nice dining room with a view and a home spirit. Plates and glasses are less than basic. All other flats in this building are offices, and dozens of employees and their clients shuttle up and down.

10.0Everything! this flat is better in person. The pictures are great but such an amazing location great views clean meet you cannot beat the accommodations anywhere in Paris. And I only stay in five star hotels but because there was 12 people with me I had to get a flat.

The property was nice but the fact that there were so many ants in one of the room plus the kitchen ruined our stay, fur

− The fact that it had a lot of Ants to a degree that we had to evacuate one of the room. The kitchen was also affected by a lot of ants.
