Big issues - do not stay here
1.0The area was lovely, but that was it
− It indicated air conditioned but there is none It indicated breakfast but then said additional charges. Worst thing was there was no running water our first morning - no working toilets, showers or water to drink. We therefore moved out - without notice not many options onna a weekend. No help with finding alternative accommodation or transfers. No refund provided. Do not stay here!

10.0Great location. Close to metro. Plenty of room for a group of 6 adults. There had been some previous comments about the size of the smaller bathrooms, no worries for us - it was bigger than most of the bathrooms we have encountered in Europe. Fans for all the rooms. Was in a very quite street that was closed to traffic.
− We arrived during a heat wave, so some air-conditioning would have been nice (but we knew when we booked that there wasn't any). Not a dislike - but the security deposit worried us at first. However, it was all fine and returned to us in full within 3 days of departure (2 of those days were the weekend.

Great place to stay
8.0There was constant communication throughout our stay. It's in a great part of Paris with loads of restaurants and shops nearby. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was well equipped.
− We couldn't turn the heating down in the bedrooms. One bathroom had some peeling paint.
Very disappointed about last minute cancellation
1.0How can you ask me to review my stay at your property when you cancelled my booking 4 hours prior to check in . We arrived in Paris with nowhere to stay due to your last minute cancellation!!
