Great location - apartment needs to be cleaned out and updated.
6.0Location was great - away from popular tourist hotels - very interesting and highly walkable neighborhood. Stephanie at the local management office was great - fantastic at customer service.
− The apartment needs a total overhaul of what is in all cabinets and what is on shelves . There is lots of clutter throughout - random knickknacks - no two glasses that match - it’s random stuff you would keep at a beach house. The closets are full of junk. The hot water is SCALDING hot when turned on - dangerously so. The floor rug is filthy - has a big stain on it. I would not use the extra pillows in the closet. They look rather dusty.
