8.0ロケーションはパーフェクト。食品スーパー、魚屋、おいしいパン屋が周囲にたくさんあり、キッチン付きの部屋で自炊するには最高の環境。飲食店も豊富でパリ生活を充実させてくれる。メトロ駅もすぐ近くにあり、観光の拠点として申し分ない。
− エアコンの使い方がわからない。食器の種類が少ない。階段が狭くて急。

− Stanza piccolissima senza un armadio dv appoggiare le cose, cucina cn le cose essenziali ma praticamente nn ci si poteva nemmeno sedere a mangiare xké lo spazio tra tavolino e letto era appiccicato, bagno piccolissimo senza bidet ,TV inesistente e per finire nel palazzo c era una puzza perenne di cipolla e aglio che subivamo anche noi...pulizia mha! Prezzo troppo eccessivo per qualità/ prezzo!
