9.0The location was excellent - right in the heart of the Marais, close to countless shops, cafés, and places to go out. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay. We even decided to extend our visit by two additional nights, and every request we had was handled kindly and promptly.
− There wasn’t much space to store or organize our luggage, and the bathroom and toilet are a bit small. In addition, the apartment is on the ground floor, so it can be somewhat dark. If someone plans to work from the apartment or spend a lot of time inside, this might be less ideal. However, these are relatively minor points and did not significantly impact our overall experience in Paris.

10.0Smart, clean, really quiet, amazing location. Responsive and friendly contacts. My son and I stayed there for 4 nights and I would say it was the perfect size and set up for us. One of the rare occasions I slept well in a city centre rental apartment!
− Nothing. Possibly just slightly smaller than I was expecting - fine for us as I say, and certainly not small for central Paris, but would be cosy with 4 adults unless you knew each other well! I guess that will often be the case in Paris. But really, this is a great apartment in a great location.
