9.0Localização. Apartamento bem cuidado e equipado.
− Tive problemas para entrar no apartamento, logo no checkin. A fechadura é eletrônica. Recebi todas as instruções para o auto checkin. Salvei as instruções e enviei para os demais do grupo. No dia anterior à minha chegada recebi outras duas mensagens aparentemente com as mesmas instruções para o checkin, a primeira às 03:00 e a outra 16:00h. Ocorre que a senha da fechadura eletrônica foi alterada na última mensagem e, até percebermos este detalhe foi um transtorno bem grande, uma vez que não conseguíamos entrar no apartamento. Eu estava com duas idosas no grupo, uma delas precisando entrar no apartamento para fazer uso do banheiro.
