Overall a good apartment, I would stay again
7.0The location was fantastic. The fact that there were 7 rooms was ideal for our group The communication was good with the team even though they didn’t always give us what we wanted effortlessly was made and communication was swift. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed (apart from draining board) Table was a good size for our group of 9 would have struggled for 16
− The cleaning was not great. The dust on the floor was terrible . To the point that if you sat on the bed and let your slippers touch the sheets there were marks left. The hot water was temperamental we were a group of 9 and struggled. I can’t imagine what it would be like with 16 guests! The number of toilets/bathrooms is too few for full capacity No draining board in kitchen Only 1 key which meant we couldn’t lock the door unless everyone was back of an evening (there was a lock box but as there was only one key you couldn’t put the key in it once the door was locked from inside meaning the door was unlocked with us sleeping whilst we waited for the final ppl to come home

4.0− Beds uncomfortable, pillows uncomfortable, floor dusty, radiators not working, windows very dirty, mat dirty and couch dirty and stained. Only one key provided for seven bedrooms and when we asked for more keys this was refused.
