سوأ فندق أقمت فيه على الإطلاق. الغرف صغيرة جدًا وتنبعث منها رائحة كريهة، والأسعار مبالغ فيها ولا تتناسب مع مستوى الفندق أو الخدمة. للأسف، الفندق يفتقر إلى الشفافية والمصداقية في الأسعار. كان هناك فرق بين السعر الذي حجزت به عبر Booking والسعر الذي حاول الفندق تحصيله، كما فوجئت بوجود مبالغ إضافية على بعض الخدمات دون توضيح مسبق. كذلك طلبت من الفندق ترتيب سيارة إلى المطار، وتم إبلاغي بسعر معين، لكنني اكتشفت أن السعر كان مبالغًا فيه بشكل كبير مقارنة بالسعر الحقيقي، وشعرت بأنني تعرضت للخداع. أما موظفو الاستقبال فتعاملهم سيئ جدًا، ويتحدثون بتعالٍ واستهزاء ولا يحترمون النزلاء. ولا توجد أيضًا أي أماكن مخصصة للتدخين، وهو أمر غير مريح للمدخنين. لن أكرر هذه التجربة إطلاقًا، ولا أنصح أي شخص بالحجز في هذا الفندق. توجد فنادق أفضل بكثير بنفس السعر أو أقل، وتتميز بالصدق والاحترام والشفافية في التعامل

Great location in a shiny new hotel

This hotel is all about the location, a very new hotel and many new facilities, it was nice to have sparkly bathrooms and fresh sheets. The main road that it is on is great, there is ample of public transport in either direction but it is right on the bustling areas of Karikoy, less than 10 minutes walk to Galatport and the promenade! The staff were very attentive, I wish I could remember their names.

− I would say the breakfast is really not worth it, especially when there are dozens of cafe's and breakfast spots nearby. If you compare it to say Rixos Pera, the place is seriously lacking. Secondly, we did have to keep asking for the same thing multiple times: they kept leaving us towels for one person even though we were a couple staying here. And for some reason we received a daily call asking us do we want the room made up, even though we had clearly the do not disturb sign on, due to health reasons, so this was unnecessary.

Very comfortable stay in an excellent location in Istanbul.

It is a lovely new hotel with excellent facilities. The room was extremely comfortable and had everything needed. The hotel has a breakfast room on the 9th floor with wonderful, panoramic views. There are two on-site restaurants, which was very convenient. Most of all, the staff were EXCELLENT. They were always very obliging and eager to help the guests. I had an excellent stay.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est particulièrement aimable, accueillant, disponible et toujours prêt à aider, tout en restant discret et jamais envahissant. Leur professionnalisme a été très apprécié. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est également un véritable atout : il est situé sur un axe facilement accessible et très bien desservi par les transports en commun, ce qui permet de visiter Istanbul en toute simplicité. Le quartier est agréable et le voisinage est calme et correct. Je recommande cet établissement sans hésitation et j'y séjournerais de nouveau avec plaisir.

− la taille de la chambre est un peu juste, surtout pour un séjour de plusieurs jours. Par ailleurs, le personnel est très serviable et accueillant, mais il serait appréciable que la réception fournisse davantage d'informations et de conseils touristiques afin d'aider les visiteurs à découvrir Istanbul facilement.

I've had a wonderful stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly (Serkan and Anil)y, professional, and always willing to help with any request. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city on foot or by public transport. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a great variety of fresh, delicious options. We would happily stay here again.
