2.0We have to walk server blocks to get in no one was available it was roaches in room my room window was open no linen only one towel I would like refund I booked 8 rooms everyone was dissspointed

8.0It’s a good value for the price - when you book in advance. Basic furniture, no air conditioner or fan - luckily it’s not too hot. Having the shower in the bedroom is a plus. Sharing the bathroom wasn’t too bad. The building is old, and the elevator not always work.

2.0The quality of the room was very poor, there were stains on the bedsheet. We also saw a cockroach in the hallway. The area is loud, with all the noise from the street making it nearly impossible to fall asleep. We were happy to only be staying here for 1 night as it wasn’t ideal.

6.0Good location in Chiado area, close to all Services. Not particularly bad, ok to spend a couple of nights. Bed is comfortable, clean sheets and towels. Old building with bad insulation but the noise from the street and other rooms was ok after midnight until 8a.m. Bathroom is basic but good enough to feel comfortable (Room with prívate one)

6.0Found a cockroach the second I opened the door. It's understandable given that it seems to be a pretty old building and is in the center of the city. But it definitely made the stay unpleasant. Not a bad place to spend one or two nights in, but would not recommend for a longer stay.
