7.0Das Personal war wirklich freundlich und hilfsbereit in allen Lebenslagen! Als unser ursprüngliches Zimmer einen Wasserschaden hatte bei der Ankunft, wurde uns sofort geholfen und haben ein anderes Zimmer erhalten! Die Lage vom Hotel ist perfekt, Frühstück war wirklich gut, für jeden was dabei.
− Das Zimmer, was uns nach dem Wechsel angeboten wurde, hatte leider ein Manko: Man hat die U-Bahn gehört, wenn sie abgefahren und angefahren kam, wir waren meist morgens und abends nur im Zimmer, von daher ist es akzeptabel gewesen, den Schlaf hat es, zum Glück, nicht beeinträchtigt. Die Schlafcouch müsste mal ausgetauscht werden, da sie extrem durchgelegen war.

Super emplacement mais ne fait pas tout
7.0L’emplacement est le point phare car très central dans Londres et à côté de 2 stations donc génial pour se déplacer rapidement sans perdre de temps. La chambre suite familiale, assez grande pour une famille connaissant la taille des hébergements à Londres, propre globalement, la décoration assez moderne mais un peu abîmée nécessiterait un rafraîchissement. Mention spéciale : nous sommes venus pour l’anniversaire de notre fils, et ils avaient décoré la chambre de ballons, de sucreries et un petit mot. Merci à eux.
− Le petit déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur de l’établissement de ce standing, très basique, pas d’english breakfast c’est dommage, des suppléments sont demandés si on veut autre chose que du café filtre ou thé et la musique très très forte dans la salle de petit déjeuner dès le matin à 8h c’est assez désagréable au réveil, on a même demandé à l’équipe de salle de la baisser un matin. Le simple vitrage dans les chambres et malheureusement on entend tout dans la rue. Le nettoyage de la moquette dans la chambre n’est pas optimum, mon mari a fait de l’allergie à la poussière.
