8.0The hotel is nice, But the prices on here are not correct. The airport shuttle bus is 200 bhat not 150. Also i was sure i booked their biggest room but ended up paying an additional 300 bhat. The hotel was clean, but one light in our room buzzed when turned on, also you could feel a few springs in the mattress. The local area is great, and the staff in the hotel where nice.

2.0First, I waited almost an hour for the front staff to check me in. Second, the balcony glass door was unable to lock. I asked her why she gave me this room and she said it was ok, nobody would do anything. But if something happen, can she responsible for it? I don't think so.... I keep begging for a new room, the same women at the front desk repeatedly saying no. She won't give me new room. So, I have to checkout to find a new safer place. She did offer me new room when I'm going to check out, but no I am not staying. AC is un adjustable, it fixed at 25C. After I checked out, I got a new place at the same rate but a lot better. Please dont come here this place is not safe and room is cheap and old.

8.0We were told by email the Pre Booked Room was confirmed, on arrival at the Hotel, my booking was declined, room was re-booked for cash.

4.0Booked Hotel through Hotels.com part of Expedia, on arrival at the hotel on the due date, booking was not excepted and the room had to be paid for in cash. Hotel Telephone numbers quoted online were wrong,
