10.0Majatalon emäntä oli erittäin avulias ja ystävällinen ja antoi paljon hyviä vinkkejä Firenzen nähtävyyksiin ja julkisenliikenteen käyttöön liittyen. Sänky ei ollut kovin mukava, mutta huone oli perussiisti ja ajoi hyvin asiansa lyhyen majoituksen ajan.

8.0It is very good place. You can walk to city center in 20 minutes. and it is also near to train station. Very quite and good place to stay. Owner is very kind person.

10.0Great hotel in the middle of florence! Our stay at this hotel was wonderful, thanks to Alessandro, the manager, who was super friendly, helpful, and caring. Would definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to our friends & family. Alessandro made our trip extra special since the airport lost my luggage and he was more helpful than the airport. Great hotel, perfect location, and wonderful customer service. :)
