10.0Our stay at this hotel is what made our visit to Florence 10x better! The location is perfect, everything is within a walkable distance. The owners of the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and pretty.

9.01. 主人是一對夫妻，非常親切好客，跟我們介紹了很多好玩好吃的地方，真的很開心。 2. 雖然是共用衛浴，但是真的很乾淨，主人家很辛勤的打掃。 3. 房間硬體也不錯，房間內還有自己的洗手台，很好。
− 1. 沒有冷氣，僅有一個非常小的電扇，真的挺崩潰的，我在2026/6/21~26的那幾天，每天真的都覺得好熱好悶，真的挺崩潰，但是他有事前說明沒有冷氣；但只能說自己低估了熱度。 2. 共用衛浴需要與六個人共用，有時需要等；且你在前一個人出來，馬上再進去的話，就不會那麼乾淨。

Arrivals outside these hours must be accepted by the property and arranged prior to arrival.
Also, please note a surcharge of 20 euro applies for eventual arrivals between 8:00 pm and 10:00 pm.
