8.0Location is fantastic, right on sate street. Rooms are a good size and pool area great
− Reluctance if bar staff to to seat you at a better table. When I asked if a certain table was available I was told it was booked. It was given to others soon after who hadn’t booked! Also wines available are cheap. Available in Australia for $6 which is disappointing. When you’re on holiday and staying somewhere nice you expect quality products. Gouging at the extreme. I think they could seriously do better

8.0Sehr schönes Hotel in super Lage und mit tollem Pool
− Die Zimmer sind (auch im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels derselben Kategorie und Preisklasse in Singapur) sehr klein. Der Service an der Rezeption entspricht außerdem nicht 5-Sterne-Niveau. Das Personal dort ist nicht besonders freundlich oder hilfsbereit. Wir wurden zB bei unserer Ankunft nicht gefragt, ob wir Hilfe mit dem Gepäck benötigen. Als wir um ein bestimmtes (Standard-)Pflegeprodukt gebeten haben, wurde uns angeraten, einfach selbst zu einem Shop nebenan zu gehen. Allgemein alles nicht tragisch, aber bei dem hohen Preis erwartet man einfach mehr.
