9.0雖然是使用公共衛浴，但是提供足夠的浴巾毛巾給房客，而且公共空間很大，又有開放廚房，隨時有人整理，很乾淨。
− 二人房有點小，傳統的行李箱無法打開，洗手台在室內雖然方便，但是因為室內舖地毯，難免有水滴落到地毯，因此房間會有一點奇怪的味道

10.0京都駅（八条口駅マック側）からとても近い！ バスタブ有りのシャワールームが広々としていてとても使いやすい。珈琲マシーンも美味しくてホステル内がとにかく快適。 チェックイン前にもフリースペースは使えるので、暑い日は早めに来て涼むのもいい。京都の宿といえばこちらになりそう。
