4.0В день заезда оплатили всю сумму, но сразу вспомнили что хотели выехать на 1 день раньше и спросили можно ли вернуть стоимость последнего оплаченного дня. Нам ответили что можно, но только если мы подойдем к ним в день отьезда. Мы так и сделали, нам сказали что перерасчет и возврат сделают в течение 3-10 рабочих дней, но до сих пор нет возврата, хотя уже почти месяц прошел Мы выехали 11-го июля, сегодня уже 8 августа Получается так обманывают людей?

9.0Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Wir hatten eine tollen Blick aus dem 42. Stock und die Küchenzeile im Zimmer war sehr praktisch. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl und insgesamt war die Übernachtung im Hotel ein tolles Erlebnis.
− Es gab keine Möglichkeit, bei frühem Aufbruch statt des Frühstücks ein Lunchpaket etc. zu bestellen, das Frühstück ist dann für uns an einem Tag entfallen.
