8.0This apartment is huge. Sleeps 8 to 10 people. The condition is a bit dated. There are lots of steps to walk up to the apartment. Not all the interior door knobs work. Laundry machines are very convenient. The apartment is close to Main Street with lots of restaurants and it’s also close to a supermarket. Overall, good for 2 nights.

10.0Property was large enough for 2 families in a quiet section of Venice. Canal views were a plus. Only negative was that the apartment was up 2 large flights of stairs. Full kitchen was awesome!

10.0Property was spacious, clean , amazing views and great location for walking to restaurants/shopping. We are family of 5 and the space gave us some privacy. Location was wonderful yet quiet. We loved it! Easy to check in/out. Highly recommend.

8.0It had real Venecian charm. Historic location with a great view of two channels. Shopping food and everthing is close. Quiet neihborhood and residents. Great for families and extended stay as all amenities were included. Great place to beat the heat with AC in the living spaces. Only draw backs were number of towels for a large family and two of the three bathrooms had poor pressure with some mold visible at the edges. Loved using the washer dryer in the unit. I would stay here again.
