Good location but spend some more money for another one close by.

− Was not clean, the A/C is too loud, you can hear and feel the tram passing, the cleaners in the morning was banging and shouting everywhere and kept waking us up!

− There is a bad smell throughout the building. The staff isn't very friendly and they don't really bother to help. Toothbrushes and toothpaste were not provided, and the shampoo and shower gel they had were terrible. Overall, the room and cleanliness were decent, but the smell in the hotel is so bad that it makes everything feel dirty.

10.0The Hotel was absolutely fantastic, we had a lovely stay and and superb location. I would definitely recommend this beautiful Boutique Hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
