8.0Quiet, convenient for Florence areas of interest, very clean, comfy beds. Service rather poor for calibre of hotel. One waiter working hard to cover breakfast, consequently took 35 minutes to take our order/bring a drink/milk for cereals. Disappointing.

10.0Everything about this hotel was wonderful. Thanks to all the staff who helped us and were quietly attentive and friendly. The hotel itself was perfect and beautifully maintained. The location was excellent.
