− stuff were a bit disorganized at times and they looked like a new crew trying to figure out what to do. But they were very polite and very pleasant.
Lovely hotel with lovely details
10.0We just loved this place from the beginning when we set our feet on the property. The area is not that nice (but nicely calm though), but once inside of the hotel area it’s exclusive. The hotel has only 38 rooms, so you are very well taken care of, after check-in, we got a private tour of the hotel. Our room was big, with separate bedroom and small balcony with view over the city. The hotel is right next to (10 min walk) shopping and restaurants. Not for people with walking restrictions, as you have to climb a lot of steps. Gym is open 24/7, but very very small, fits 1-2 people at a time ☺️. Service is good, however the service at breakfast could be improved with a nice good morning and maybe a smile. Small things that mean so much. We just loved the small extras, the pastries aso. Would definitely return, the hotel is very much a palace as described in the name.
