10.0Понравилось абсолютно все, начиная с общения с хозяйкой Натальей. Она очень внимательная к деталям, заботливая, гостеприимная. Оперативно помогла с трансфером, затем помогла состыковаться с водителем в аэропорту, когда тот не туда ушел, без доплаты заселила в номер раньше положенного срока, дала много ценных рекомендаций. Отель чудесный: в прекрасной локации, чистый, уютный, номера обставлены со вкусом, удобная кровать. Идеальное соотношение цена/качество для европейской столицы.
