9.0A localização é muito boa. Fica mesmo ao lado da estação de Santa Maria Novella e também bem pertinho de todo o centro histórico de Veneza. Os banheiros são compartilhados com outros hóspedes, mas estavam bem limpos. O lugar possui uma cozinha compartilhada, com geladeira, microondas, fogão, máquina de café, pia, talheres. Ou seja, bem completinho. É um pouco estreito, mas cumpre o que promete e o deve. O ar-condicionado funciona muito bem para os dias de Verão. A nossa entrada foi com os códigos que foram informados com antecedência, e mal entramos, a nossa chave estáva lá a nossa espera. Fiquei 3 dias e tive 0 problemas!
− A única coisa que eu solicitei foram duas camas de solteiro ao invés de uma de casal. Foi o que tinha sido fechado, mas acabou que me informaram, só para perto da minha chegada, que havia tido um problema e que não teria como.

− Il saliscendi della doccia era fissato con uno spago provvisorio anziché il classico stop a muri che invece era rotto.

− Condizionatore poco potente per la grandezza della stanza, la presa della corrente nella stanza attaccata male al muro, le scale del palazzo erano poco illuminate, la doccia attaccata male al muro.
