2.0The property is now under new name and management than advertised on expedia. This meant that despite paying through the expedia website the new management had no record of my payment and i had to pay the daily rate to stay at the hotel in addition to the rate i had already paid. Expedia have so far not issued me a refund despite my request. New management were not particularly helpful in contacting expedia to resolve the issue though hotel staff tried their best.

8.0Nice and spacious rooms, internet speed is not so great but that's not uncommon in Bangkok. I would have like a refrigerator, bit it's no big deal.

4.0I stayed at this place because of the price and ratings, but they didn't equate a happy stay. I had to use the lobby anytime i wanted to use the internet as my room was an absolute dead zone - and i was not the only one. My biggest issue was the mosquitoes in my room - especially the bathroom. I never once opened my window, but my room was just a swarm. This is not a new issue, either, as you could find dead ones smashed all over the walls in there. The bathroom was an absolute nightmare and likely a breeding ground for them.
