8.0Le studio avec kitchenette était très appréciable, tout comme la buanderie de l’hôtel, équipée de lave-linges et de sèche-linges. L’hôtel fournit également la lessive ainsi que les pastilles pour les lave-vaisselles. Le petit déjeuner était très bon. Le personnel s’est montré professionnel et bienveillant. En raison du bruit, nous avons demandé à changer de chambre. Le changement a pu être effectué dès le lendemain. Il est préférable de demander une chambre située à un étage élevé et ne donnant pas vers les voies ferrées. Au pied de l’hôtel, vous trouverez également un pub et un salon de thé très agréables. Proche du métro et de la Tate Britain. Très bel hôtel.

Please note light cleaning of each suite will be conducted on Monday- Fridays. For long stay guests, full cleaning of the suite will be serviced on the 7th day of the stay. Requests for weekend cleaning or additional servicing must be requested to the Guest Services Team 24 hours in advance.
Please note that all rooms can only accommodate 2 people. The hotel has no extra bed to accommodate extra people in the suites.
All guest checking in at the hotel will be asked for a credit card at check in for a pre-authorization for accommodations and/or any extras that might occur during the stay. Furthermore, guests who have booked a prepaid reservation must check in with the same credit card that was provided to make the booking.
