2.0エクスペディアの手違いで現地にて予約が取れていないことが発覚。 ほんとに大変な思いをしました。予約完了のバウチャーには「ホテルへの予約確認は不要です」の文言まであったが、確認は必須ですね。帰国後カスタマーセンターに連絡したが、外人のオペレーターでうまくニュアンスが伝わらず、ホテルの返金と代わりに泊まったホテルの差額は支払ってもらえることになったが、移動の交通費は領収書がないから無理とのこと。現地でもカスタマーセンターには全然つながらず、メールを送っても返信は48時間以内だと。対応は遅いですね。その間どうしろと？無事だったから良かったものの改善をしてください。
