8.0Oda geniş ve konforlu. Fiyat performans açısından iyi. Konum muhteşem yürüyerek 2 dk da istiklal vs yakın. Ancak bir mimar olarak binadaki sorunlara değinmeden edemeyeceğim. Asansör yaklaşık 30 basamak çıktıktan sonra 1. Kattan başlıyor Ne yazık ki engelli ve yaşlılara uygun değil. Üstelik çalışırken titriyor ve çok ses çıkarıyor muhtemelen tamamen değişmesi gerekiyor çünkü üstünde etiket bile yok. Mümkünse hiç kullanmayın. Oda içinde değişmesi gereken aydınlatmalar var. Elektrik mekanik tesisat ciddi bakım onarım gerektiriyor. Yola bakan odada üst katta sifon çekildiğinde alt kata gürültü geliyor. Hafta sonu dışarıdaki eğlence mekanlarının sesi geliyor ama o kadar rahatsız olmadım.

6.0Bizi karşılayan beyefendi ve konuştuğumuz kişi çok kibardı yeri de çok güzel merkezi. Ancak yastık yüzü çarşafta lekeler vardı bir sürü. Koltuk vs de lekeliydi telde yırtık vardı ve yer yapışkandı temizlik daha ciddi olabilir.
