10.0Loved the central location. Few minutes walk to Rossio Train Station and to Restaudores where the bus that goes to the airport stops. Staff were so welcoming and friendly. After my flight cancellation, I was able to book a room from the airport and have early check in, which was amazing given how distraught I had been. The young woman gave me an orientation of my room with a great view of Sao Jorge Castle. I had a welcome treat of the famous Portuguese egg tarts (mini sized). They even scheduled an airport transfer for me for 2:30am the following morning. Their windows were definitely sound proof so I could see all the activity outside my window but not hear it at night. Great water pressure in shower as well. Would definitely stay here again.
− My room was very clean, but there was some mold in the sealant at the base of the shower. I come from a region where mold unfortunately is a given so it didn't bother me.
