10.0Nous avons été surclassés en suite présidentielle. Belle surprise tres agréable ! Chambre parfaitement équipée avec grande terrasse avec vue. Lit King size tres confortable. Salle de bain avec grand dressing et espace collation très fourni. L'hôtel est excentré sur une ile où on s'y rend en bateau ( navette gratuite de l'hôtel) ce petit déplacement rend le voyage folklorique ! Les restaurants sont excellents notamment le.room service, le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel ! Le personnel est vraiment adorable et tres professionnel. Les piscines sont chouettes bref super moment !!!

Magnifique séjour à l’écart de l’agitation de la ville
9.0Magnifique hôtel à l’écart de l’agitation de la ville dans un endroit de rêve. Chambres spacieuses et confortables. Personnel très accueillant et disponible. Très bon buffet de petit déjeuner. Restaurant très agréable sur le toit de l’hôtel avec de très bons plats bien cuisinés. Navette gratuite toutes les 30 minutes pour la place St-Marc, toujours à l’heure (15min de trajet), embarcadère à deux pas de l’hôtel.
− La localisation de l’hôtel ne permet pas des aller-retours rapides entre la ville et l’hôtel.

− The fact that they charge a further €50 to use the pool attached to the spa was unacceptable given we are paying almost €1000 per night for our two rooms.

Perfect Family Escape
10.0We had a wonderful stay at the JW Marriott Venice. Our room was spacious and offered lovely views of the gardens. The staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating with every request, and the concierge team was especially helpful. The beautiful pools, padel court, and stunning gardens were real highlights. Although the hotel is large, it never felt busy or overcrowded. Its peaceful island setting feels like a relaxing escape from central Venice, while the frequent complimentary shuttle service to St. Marco Square makes exploring the city incredibly easy. A fantastic place to stay!
− What we didn’t like was the lack of arrival information. When we arrived in Venice, we had no idea how to get to the hotel. We were not given any instructions, and there was no mention of the free shuttle or its pick-up point. Dragging our luggage around in 36°C heat was extremely difficult and frustrating. My advice is to find out exactly where the shuttle departs from before you arrive, or arrange a private taxi directly from the airport.
