4.0Upon check-in, they insisted we were at the wrong hotel as they couldn't locate our reservation. We had to provide evidence of our reservation to confirm that we were indeed at the correct hotel.

6.0ทางเข้าโรงแรมไม่สะดุดตาเท่าที่ควรค่ะ ขับรถเลยตลอด ล็อบบี้มีกลิ่นสาป อับๆ เหม็นมาก แต่ห้องพักนอนสบายดีค่ะ แต่ฝาชักโครกมีรอยแตก ทำให้หนีบก้นเจ็บมากๆ ควรปรับปรุงเรื่องกลิ่นชั้นล่าง และเปลี่ยนฝาชักโครกด่วนค่ะ

6.0Very far from city center! So too costly to stay! But overall okay!
Unfortunately my review is poor
4.0I asked for two more towels twice. The second time I made the request the young man apologized and said he forgot. Then he forgot again. Never got more towels. The restaurant overcharged me on the 20 baht omelet. They charged me 100 baht. When I complained they told me the omelet was for one egg and they gave me three eggs. The menu never spelled this out. They did nothing about the complaint and now they have a bad review.

8.0旁邊有三間超商，蠻方便的地方，還有菜市場可以逛逛，對面有麥當勞，換泰幣的地方在下一個捷運站，坐計程車也方便，服務人員都蠻客氣的，只是早餐單調了點，下次還會再度住宿
