The worst experience I had in Rome, sketchy and irresponsible establishment.
1.0This room is tucked away in a sketchy alleyway filled with trash and there was active construction happening on the left building with loud noises and debris falling. I had a stone fall and hit my head on the way to try to get into the room. The check in is also 5 minutes walk away so if you have luggage, it would be a huge inconvenience.
− I explained the situation to the desk and she had 0 sympathy and immediately told me that's not the hotel's fault and that there is no other available rooms (which there were, because people were coming in and asking for rooms and they could check in) and that she cannot provide a refund. I barely got the chance to call booking.com using their landline because she was so hostile.
