10.0Дуже задоволені проживанням в готелі! Все, що є в описі, це правда. Прибирали номер щодня, хоча казали що прибиратимуть через день і змінюватимуть рушники так само. Ліжка зручні, кондиціонер працює добре, в ванній достатньо крючків і поличок, щоб розмістити особисті речі, в номері чайник, чай, холодильник, є спільна кухня. Головний скарб цього помешкання — Едуардо. Він написав перед поїздкою, запитав о котрій ми будемо, дав поради щодо маршруту і відповів на всі питання. В день приїзду ще раз уточнив о котрій ми будемо, і зустрів нас дуже вчасно, все пояснив, порадив де їсти, куди ходити, що варто подивитись. У нас не було квитків до Ватикану, підказав як їх можна придбати. В день відʼїзду дозволив залишити багаж і повертатись до нього скільки треба разів. Коли ми вже забрали речі, залишили ключі, захлопнули двері і пішли, я виявила, що забула в холодильнику гостинці. Написала Едуардо, він одразу ж відповів і був на звʼязку весь час, пояснював як потрапити всередину і забрати речі. Загалом тільки позитивні відгуки. Чудовий номер, чудове розташування і Едуардо, який робить перебування в Римі ще прекраснішим. Дуже-дуже дякую!
