Good, but could have been great.

Overall, the hotel is nice. The location is excellent, with malls like Central and Central Embassy nearby, plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and the BTS station about 10 minutes away. The lobby staff were also friendly and welcoming. (The only downside at check-in was finding out that third-party bookings don't qualify for IHG points or late check-out. It would have been helpful if this had been disclosed while booking.) However, we experienced several issues with our room that affected our stay. On the first night, we realised the TV internet wasn't working, so they sent someone to fix it. The second night, after coming back from the blazing heat outside, we found that the air conditioning wasn't cooling. Once again, maintenance came to the room, moved the sofa, removed the ceiling panels and AC vents, cleaned them, and reinstalled everything. On top of that, some of the room lights stopped working, so maintenance had to return again to remove the outlets, redo the wiring, and install everything back. I asked for a room change early on because there had already been so many issues, but the hotel insisted on repairing everything instead. For a hotel of this standard, I feel guest comfort and experience should come first. A room change would have been a much better solution than having us spend our stay watching maintenance work being carried out in the room.

Great location and hotel standard, service was excellent also.

Прекрасные завтраки покорили меня. Обслуживание на высшем уровне. Расположение отеля очень удобное. Бар на rooftop с прекрасными видами остались в моём сердце.

− Я был немного расстроен тем, что я просил угловой номер на высоком этаже. Но при заселении мне дали 7 этаж. Дело в том, что прямо напротив номера стена здания, которая закрывает прекрасный вид на улицу. Нет смысла брать угловой номер с таким видом. Считаю, что это не справедливо. Ведь цена за угловой номер дороже, чем за стандартный. Просто я был до этого в вашем отеле и у меня был угловой номер с прекрасным видом на улицу. И это большая разница. Пожалуйста, информируйте посетителей отеля о таком расположении.

A Spectacular Time Of Celebration

Once again we have enjoyed a superb holiday experience at this luxury, contemporary styled hotel. This time fifteen members of our family celebrated our Golden Wedding Anniversary and, without exception, everyone has loved our time here. So well located near Lumphini Park with easy access to the city's transport network. The rooms are designed, decorated, furnished beautifully, impeccably clean and well maintained. Each room has breathtaking views of the city. The infinity swimming pool was enjoyed so much by every adult and child. Each member of staff has added extra value to our stay by their warmth, friendliness, courtesy, knowledge and efficiency. Our special thanks and appreciation go to Khun Friend and Khun Chaiya who were quite fantastic in making this time such an amazing success and were excellent in delivering outstanding customer service. We have so many wonderful memories of a spectacular family time together, thank you Indigo.

Great stay for the family

The location is very good. Almost every embassy is on this street. Lol. What really makes this hotel so wonderful is the staff. The bellman named Four is 1 in a million. He is fantastic. Their whole team is great but he truly stood out. The atmosphere is nice. Great pool on a hugh floor. The rooms are very nice. Huge bathtubs (at least in my unit) comfortable bed. The only downside and its a very small one is the outside noise. I was on floor 18 and could still here noises outside as if it was right next to me and that was with the balcony door closed. Very minimal issue but worth notating. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel.
