4.0Front desk person became very impatient with us when she could not understand what we were asking for. Nasty tone. And why would I need the keys to the dumpsters? She gave us 5 keys at check in. We had to buzz hotel Bridget and that reception person yelled at us.

6.0It’s basically an apartment building style hotel. Good for 1-2 nights. Full breakfast offering was super. Access to hotel is a bit challenging after 5pm, since front desk closes. Hotel on 2nd floor was annoyed that we rang the bell outside to get buzzed in. Employee was angry and let us know it.
