10.0We stayed at this apartment during the second week of June and had an unexpected issue when we arrived and discovered that there was no running water. Since a 4-night stay without water would be impossible, we immediately contacted the host. It turned out that the booking should have been canceled due to a water problem, but unfortunately there was a misunderstanding between Booking.com and the host, and we were not informed before our arrival. Despite the situation, Priscilia was incredibly helpful and responsive. She quickly worked to find alternative accommodation for us, upgraded our room on the second day, and even refunded our first night's stay. We can only imagine how stressful and chaotic our trip would have been if the host had not stepped in to help. We truly appreciate the effort, professionalism, and care shown throughout our stay. We highly recommend Priscilia to anyone visiting Lisbon, as she went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of despite the unforeseen circumstances.

− Un peu de bruit de la part des voisins et de la rue, mais pas tres gênant
Limpio y bien situado pero muy mejorable en otros aspectos.
5.0La ubicación y la limpieza.
− Faltaban varias cosas importantes: aire acondicionado, wifi, tendedero en buenas condiciones, colgadores en el baño, algun canal de TV en otros idiomas.
