8.0We reserved a room at the Bangkokians as we were starting a tour the next day there but when we arrived we were put in a room in Hotel de Bangkok which turned out to be nicer, but still not what we booked. We also tried contacting the hotel multiple times by email, Expedia, and telephone before our stay and were unable to speak to anyone. Upon arrival we were unable to use the laundry services which was disappointing. They did not have secure luggage storage as we had to switch from hotel de Bangkok to the Bangkokians. Once at the Bangkokians the rooms are in decent condition however the washroooms/showers are too few. The floor I stayed on had one 7 bed and two 3 bed rooms and only one washroom with a shower and toilet.

4.0Lack of communication with switching the accommodation into another hotel. Confusion at the other hotel and no one knew what was going on so ended up getting about a half a night instead of a full night.

獨立小屋另一番享受
8.0這間小屋有別於一般的酒店，好像一個花園，花園中有幾間獨立小屋。一開始覺得很不安全，但慢慢習慣當中的生活，而門口有鐵閘及大鎖，所以可以大大放心。
