8.0מיקום הכי מרכזי וטוב שיש, חדר יפה ונקי, מיטות נוחות, מזגן מעולה בחדר ובמלון, ארוחת בוקר טעימה ומגוונת, מיני בר מלא שממלאים שוב פעם ביום ללא תוספת תשלום
− החדר שלנו ( שנאמר לנו כשהגענו ששודרגנו אליו, למרות שלהבנתי זה אותו סוג חדר שהזמנתי מראש) היה ליד חדר השירות של הניקיון בקומה, והיה מידיי פעם רעש משם, הצוות ברובו אדיב ושירותי אבל לא כולם בקבלה נותנים יחס נעים ונחמד.

10.0Grande experiência. Hotel excelente, nota 10. Instalações modernas, quarto muito confortável, banheiro gigante. Tudo muitíssimo limpo e bem conservado. Staff gentil e discreto. O café da manhã é sem dúvida o ponto alto, uma variedade enorme e itens da melhor qualidade. Mini bar à vontade com bebidas geladas. A localização é possivelmente a melhor de Florença
Excelente experiência em Florença.
