Perfect location, needs work...and a coffee maker.
8.0Huge apartment and perfect location...great couch and space, but bad kitchen setup with no coffee maker in Italy. How?!? Main bed was also pretty uncomfortable/sinking mattress.

6.0This apartment is is in a fantastic position and the view is amazing. However the furniture is old and rickety and the beds extremely uncomfortable. It could definitely do with an overhaul which would make it an even better place to stay. There is no lift so taking bags up and down two flights of stairs needs to be considered. I would stay here again but only after an overhaul.
Grand Canal Apartment
4.0The only positives are the splendid location of the apartment and the efficiency and friendliness of the check in staff. In every other aspect, this apartment is seriously wanting: charging these prices for the appalling, old, uncomfortable and noisy mattress on the main bed is day-light robbery. The décor is worn and much in need of refurbishment. The upholstery could do with a good clean. The kitchen is not well equipped -- a few odd glasses and mismatched plates, an old tea pot, a broken (unusable) Moka coffee maker etc. (There is a nespresso machine if that's your thing). Rather smelly bathroom with only a sits-shower.

8.0Zentral gelegen drei Gehminuten vom Markt. Geniale Aussicht vom Balkon. Sehr grosses Appartement mit originellem Badezimmer. Steckdosen zum Teil in schlechtem Zustand. Gutes Preis Leistung Verhältnis vor allem für Venedig.
