8.0Room was very clean and staff extremely friendly. Location was great. Not in the touristy area but not a far walk. Close tk great restaurants. Night time was loud with something unrelated to the hotel outside every night

10.0Very nice property located on the other side of the river from the major attractions. For us this was optimal is it allowed us to relax and get away from the mass of humanity near all of the major attractions. Lots of locals hanging out near the nearby bars and restaurants plus a great vibe in the immediate area. Staff was very helpful and the amenities were very good.

10.0The apartment is beautiful, quite large (especially by European standards), very clean, and centrally located in the Santo Spirito, and only about a 5-minute walk to Ponte Vecchio. The people at reception were all very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again when in Florence.
