9.0Staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, it was the perfect start to our trip. We got a free upgrade as a bigger room was available, and also received the 'locals' tips (what areas to avoid to not fall into tourist traps, etc). Bed was super comfy, AC worked well, and location is amazing, being in the heart of Florence

10.0Amazing location, but tucked away in smaller square that was very quiet. Yet it was two blocks from Florence Center where all the action is. Property was very accommodating and very friendly and helped us with anything we needed. Love them!
