6.0Kommunikation war schwierig, weil bis auf eine Person, niemand englisch gesprochen hat. Internetcode wurde gewechselt ohne dass man vorab eine Information bekommen hat. Rezeption kaum besetzt und falls besetzt Kommunikation schwer möglich.
recht zentral gelegenes Hotel - Nähe Taksim
6.0Das presiwerte Hotel liegt nähe des Taksim-Platzes. Es liegt allerdings im unteren Stadtteil, der Strassen-Zugang ist Steil. Die Rezeption ist nicht dauerhaft besetzt. Das Hotel verfügt über keinen Fahrstuhl und die Zimmer nach hinten liegen zu einer belebten Strasse. Ferner ruft der Muezzin ab 4 Uhr morgens sehr laut, so dass man bei geöffneten Fenster sehr tief schlafen sollte:-) Die Tür zur Rezeption ist auch während der Öffnungszeiten teilweise geschlossen, verfügt aber über eine Videoüberwachung. Unbefugten ist daher der Zutritt bei offener Eingangstür durchaus möglich und im Zimmer wird auf die Nichthaftung sehr deutlich hingewiesen.

2.0Hotel rooms are terrible, dirty, and the hotel was located one of most dangerous street in Istanbul. Good job we didn't get killed! In addition to that, on our second day they waked us up at 11am and asked us to leave within an hour! apparently we were making too much noise (If this was the case, why no one said anything during that time-wait till morning!) Toilet seats were broken, I paid for 4 beds and only was giving 3, I also asked for a terraced family room but received a small room less bed no terrace and on 5th floor (No elevator). Never ever again. Pictures looks good but wait till you actually see the rooms! Terrible, never again!

2.0Totaal niet wat je op foto's ziet. Hotel personeel spreekt geen Turks en gebrekkig Engels.! Kamer was vies en geen service.! Heb na 5 minuten besloten een ander hotel te boeken.! Absoluut geen aanrader.!
