2.0My 2 friends and I were taken to the hotel by taxi, and we were greeted by a sign on the front door stating that the hotel had been shut down by the local authority due to lack of fire precautions. I have messaged the hotel twice, and hotels.com, and no one has considered refunding my 100% upfront payment. Disgraceful behaviour.
