− Ontbijt was super hectisch en lange wachttijden om te ontbijten. Capaciteit om alle gasten te managen was dus niet mogelijk op piekmomenten wat ik niet ok vind voor een 5 sterren hotel dat wel een hoge prijs vraagt maar de service niet kan waarmaken.
