5.0Le Check in a pu se faire en avance car la chambre était déjà prête Le personnel est serviable Il y a tout le nécessaire pour l’hygiène dans la chambre La piscine est très bien, serviettes et bouteilles d’eau à disposition, ouverte jusqu’à 10pm
− La chambre n’a pas de fenêtre donc il y a bcp d’humidité et le déshumidificateur n’est pas assez puissant pour palier au problème. La salle de bain est délimitée par une simple vitre en verre dépoli et laisse donc passer tous les bruits Le petit déjeuner se passe en réalité dans le café d’à côté. Attention la réduction annoncée n’est valable uniquement sur les produits à la carte. Une caution de 100€ vous sera demandé lors du Check in.

− バスルームと部屋の仕切りが磨りガラスで、かつ便座がベッド側に位置するため、うっすらと透けてしまうこと。

7.0観光地中心部へすぐなのでよい。 空港からもタクシーでマリーナまでいくよりは近い。 なにより、セントーサ島でのアクティビティチケットが1枚もらえる。 小さなペットボトルの水、 コーラやスプライト、少しのスナックが部屋にあり、フリーでした。 夜中到着でも受け入れてくれること。
− メトロの駅からは遠い。 マリーナ市街へはバスがすぐ近くなので、そちらが便利。 あと、セントーサ島のチケットはメールで問い合わせても現地で聞いてくれとしか答えてくれない。 チェックイン時にも何も言われず、 部屋にも何も書いていなかった。 フロントへ行って聞くと、 QRコードを提示してくれてそこから入手できた。 使い方も説明してくれない。 入手したチケットをセントーサ島のビーチステーション1階のサービスカウンターで提示するとチケット交換してくれて、 それを好きなアクティビティ受付にだすと一つ無料で体験できる。 私は4Dシアターをみた。 4種類あるうちの一つだけ見れる。 向こうからいりますか？ と聞いてくれるべきでは？？ 内容を聞いても、スタッフはあまりわかっていないようだった。
