2.0I want to open a complaint because I believe the room has some kind of insect that bite my body. I have prove and plus my friend who stayed with me in the same room.
− The fact that the room has small insects around, I was trying to kill one the 2 nights before the check out.

6.0L'emplacement permet d'accéder facilement au centre de Lisbonne à pied ou en transport. Des parkings à la journée au prix de 12 euros sont accessibles (exemple parking amoreiras residence). La literie est agréable et les chambres sont équipées de climatisation. Les personnels à l'accueil et de chambre sont très gentils.
− Les chambres ne sont pas isolées. Nous avons passé une nuit épouvantable entre ceux qui changent de place les meubles de leur chambre à 2 heures du matin et les portes qui claquent toute la nuit. On était au dernier étage et pourtant on entendait tout dans le rue. La douche et le lavabo étaient bouchés. La chambre est très vétuste dans son ensemble.
