− The room was allocated on the third floor and elevator wasn’t working!!! I have to carry all my bags using the stairs The room serves missed to provide the room with towels and drinking water The sound isolation is zero
Clean, small room, close to Roma termini but warning that the elevator doesn’t work and it’s a lot of stairs
6.0Pros: 10 minutes walk from the Roma termini, clean room although small, fridge which is nice and AC worked well. The staff did carry out bag up for us since the elevator was broken, and we booked specifically because it had an elevator. But since we left in the night they didn’t carry our bag back down and that was not ideal.
− Cons: the elevator was broken and we weren’t informed until the day of our booking, with our room located on the 3rd floor that would have been a huge dealbreaker but we weren’t given enough notice to find something else.

9.0Posizione strategica, a 10 minuti a piedi della stazione ma lontana dal traffico e dal caos del centro. Camera non grande ma estremamente confortevole con ampia finestra. Bagno essenziale con grande e comoda doccia. Materasso superlativo. Utile il servizio per farsi un tè od un caffè solubile. La camera si affaccia su una grande corte che restituisce tranquillità e pace.
− Forse leggermente poco intuitiva l'applicazione per aprire le porte quando si arriva fuori dagli orari della reception. Soprattutto pensando a persone anziane o poco avvezze alle tecnologie. Viene comunque garantito un supporto puntuale via Whatsapp dall'hosting.

10.0Easy access to the metro, staff is very friendly, right next to the main train station. Very clean and would recommend.

Guests staying on the third floor will need to use the stairs. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
