The Perfect Hotel
10.0This is a fabulous property. We stayed for 3 nights and couldn't be any happier. Great value & unbeatable location - 3 minute walk from train station. Super convenient for food options (pizerria, KFC, McD, Chinese, halal foods, central market food court). Landmarks are all within convenient stroll, even the bus to piazalle Michaeangelo stops right on the next block. Room was comfortable & large, we had a full king size + sofa bad that rolled into a queen size. Hallways, lobby were very clean and virtually spotless. Water dispenser is a nice & thoughtful touch by the management. The real gem was, however, the front office team, in particular Margherita who checked us in. She was highly professional, courteous, super friendly, and engaging. What stood out from the front office team, compared to the other 4 Accor properties we stayed in on this trip in EU, was their efficiency, proactive attitude and full-on hospitality mindset to provide assistance and services to guests (even before we arrived - thanks to Maria Skoryna). Even the maintenance & housekeeping staffs were courteous (which is unusual in EU). This hotel is a real winner, should be every tourist's first choice in Firenze.
